Jennifer Bruening has a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame, an MA is English from Morehead State University and a PhD in Sport Management from Ohio State University.  Dr. Bruening is also the program founder and director of Husky Sport, which is a program that has a strong connection to service-learning, in that it provides an opportunity for students to engage with community members in Hartford, CT by teaching and reinforcing the making of positive life choices in a number of areas.
