Andrew Jolly-Ballantine has a Sc.B. in Geology-Physics/Math from Brown University, an MA in Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  His service learning course, Introduction to Environmental Studies, EVST 1000 gives students an opportunity to volunteer with an environmentally-oriented organization.  This project project gives students a hands-on experience with environmental volunteerism with any of a range of local environmental organizations from the Town of Mansfield to local land trusts to community gardens.
